Calum Wiggins is Group Product Manager for Personalization, part of the team that builds recommendation systems for the BBC's audience-facing products, such as BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds. In his career to date, Calum has worked on a broad range of products, from technical platforms to user interfaces, in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations.
