Rachel M. Kim is a PhD student in Societal Computing at Carnegie Mellon University in the School of Computer Science's Software and Societal Systems Department. She is advised by Hoda Heidari and Rayid Ghani. Kim's research interests lie broadly in the intersections between computer science and public policy. She completed her HBSc in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Toronto.
