Genevieve Lakier is professor of law at the University of Chicago Law School. Between 2006 and 2008, she was an academy scholar at the Weatherhead Center for International and Area Studies at Harvard University. Her work has appeared in the Harvard Law Review, the Columbia Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, and Supreme Court Review.
