Lena Song

Lena Song is an Assistant Professor of Economics at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and affiliated with SSRC Digital Platforms Initiative and NYU Center for Social Media and Politics.

She studies media and information technologies, with a focus on their relationship to diversity and inequality. Much of her work involves original data collection including archival research or field experiments.
