Nicole Mo
Legal Fellow
Nicole Mo was a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute. She received her J.D. summa cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was a Hays Civil Liberties Fellow and a Furman Academic Scholar. During law school, Mo was a fellow at NYU’s Center on Race, Inequality and the Law, an articles editor in the NYU Law Review, a student clinician in NYU’s Technology Law and Policy Clinic, and a board member of Rights over Tech and Asian Pacific Allied Law Students Association. Mo has interned with the Knight Institute, Rights Behind Bars, the Legal Aid Society’s Digital Forensics Unit, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center. She holds a B.A. in math and philosophy from Yale College.
