Raya Koreh

Raya Koreh is a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute. Before joining the Institute, she clerked for Judge Susan L. Carney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Judge Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Koreh earned her A.B. in History from Harvard College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, she was a student attorney with the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, and she interned for the ACLU’s National Security Project and the ACLU of Northern California’s Immigrants’ Rights Program. Before law school, she worked as a researcher at the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty and National Security Program. Koreh’s writing has been published in the NYU Annual Survey of American Law, Just Security, and Slate, among other publications.
