ICE Memo: Inadmissibility Based on Endorsing or Espousing Terrorist Activity: First Amendment Concerns
This memo discusses First Amendment concerns that may arise in applying the security-related ground of inadmissibility under section 212(a)(3)(B)(i)(VII) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which renders inadmissible any non-U.S. person who “endorses or espouses terrorist activity.”
