Preparation of Slip Laws From Hand-Enrolled Legislation
The National Archives and Records Administration may not make any editorial changes in the content of a statute, no matter how minor, including spelling or punctuation changes. The National Archives and Records Administration may make changes in typeface and type style, and other such changes that do not alter the content of a statute. The OLC does not provide release dates for its opinions, so the release date listed is the date on which the opinion was authored.
